Documentation, Training, and Certification
for Your Barracuda Networks product

We are excited to announce that Barracuda Campus—your dedicated portal for technical documentation and training—will migrate to a new platform around mid-January 2026. This enhanced platform will deliver a more streamlined experience, making it easier to access training, certifications, and product information whenever you need it.

Your login credentials will be the same as your Barracuda Network account (a.k.a Barracuda Cloud Control account).

Your existing data, including previous learning and certification records, will be migrated to the new platform. However, PDF versions of certificates obtained on the current Campus portal will not be available for download on the new platform. Please ensure to download your own version by December 31, 2025 from the Certificates page.

The availability to create and manage retention policies is now available in Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup!

Choose how long you want to retain your backup data by applying customizable retention policies to each of your data sources. Backup data that falls outside of the retention period will be automatically purged. For more information, see How to Configure Retention Policies.

We are pleased to announce the release of the new Cloud Service Update for SecureEdge. Some of the highlights include:

We are pleased to announce the release of the new SecureEdge 10.0.1 firmware. This release includes several bug fixes and improvements. Some of the release highlights include:

• VLAN support for WAN bridge configuration now allows up to 16 VLAN bridges.
• SecureEdge Manager now automatically generates SSL Interception certificates and automates their rollout to SecureEdge agents.
•  ZTNA policies now includes an “All Users” option.
•  Support for additional WCS 3.3 categories now includes an Artificial Intelligence URL category in the Technology section.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup now includes backup and recovery for Microsoft Planner data.

Microsoft Planner is a powerful tool within the Microsoft 365 suite that enables teams to collaboratively manage tasks, projects, and workflows. With this new enhancement, you can now protect your Planner boards, tasks, and related data with the same reliability and ease you’ve come to expect from Barracuda.
