Documentation, Training, and Certification
for Your Barracuda Networks product

We are excited to announce that Barracuda Campus—your dedicated portal for technical documentation and training—will migrate to a new platform around mid-January 2026.

To ensure a smooth migration of all Barracuda Campus training and certification records to our new platform in mid‑January, we will introduce a short blackout period for certification exams.

Key dates

• Last day to take certification exams: January 8, 2026
• Blackout period: starting January 9, 2026; certification exams will be temporarily unavailable until the new platform goes live (target January 14, 2026).

What this means

• Your learning and certification records will be preserved and migrated to the new Campus. No action is needed for the transfer itself.
• If you have in‑progress exams or upcoming deadlines, please complete your certification by January 8, 2026.

Recommended actions before the blackout

• Download any certificate PDFs you wish to keep from the current Campus before January 8, 2026
  Visit https://campus.barracuda.com/my/certifications/ (Campus login required).

• Partners and customers: please ensure you have a Barracuda Networks (a.k.a. Barracuda Cloud Control) account registered with the same email address you currently use on Campus to enable a seamless transition after launch.

We’ll share another update as we approach go‑live and the blackout ends. Thank you for your patience—these changes will bring a more modern learning experience and improved analytics to support your development.

The availability to create and manage retention policies is now available in Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup!

Choose how long you want to retain your backup data by applying customizable retention policies to each of your data sources. Backup data that falls outside of the retention period will be automatically purged. For more information, see How to Configure Retention Policies.

We are pleased to announce the release of the new SecureEdge 10.0.1 firmware. This release includes several bug fixes and improvements. Some of the release highlights include:

• VLAN support for WAN bridge configuration now allows up to 16 VLAN bridges.
• SecureEdge Manager now automatically generates SSL Interception certificates and automates their rollout to SecureEdge agents.
•  ZTNA policies now includes an “All Users” option.
•  Support for additional WCS 3.3 categories now includes an Artificial Intelligence URL category in the Technology section.

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup now includes backup and recovery for Microsoft Planner data.

Microsoft Planner is a powerful tool within the Microsoft 365 suite that enables teams to collaboratively manage tasks, projects, and workflows. With this new enhancement, you can now protect your Planner boards, tasks, and related data with the same reliability and ease you’ve come to expect from Barracuda.
