The Import Set Data Source Table Schema

Before configuring your ServiceNow integration, download the Import Set Data Source table. This table determines how your devices and their data are represented in ServiceNow.

Download the generic Import Set Data Source Table schema from this link and import it into ServiceNow. This schema contains the structure for a successful integration.

Once you have a working Import Set Data Source Table, you must apply the update set. See the procedure below.

To apply the update set

1. In ServiceNow, navigate to System Update Sets > Retrieved Update Sets.
2. Click the Import Update Set from XML link, select the Import Set Data Source Table schema file and click OK.
3. Click the name of the Import Update Set.
4. If you used the generic Import Set Data Source Table, the name is Barracuda RMM PSA Integration.
5. Click Preview Update Set.
   The preview may take a moment to load.
6. Click Close.
7. Click Commit Update Set.
8. Click Close.
