Barracuda Message Archiver Data Transfer IP Ranges FAQ

  • Last updated on

On May 12, 2023, the Barracuda Message Archiver team made changes to include new AWS IP ranges for outbound ACLs. For a list of AWS IP ranges, see Barracuda Message Archiver Data Transfer IP Ranges.

While most customers will not need to do anything to accommodate these changes, any customer replicating their Barracuda Message Archiver to Barracuda Cloud Storage or journaling to Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service from an on-premise mail server will need to check that their outbound ACLs also include the new AWS IP ranges, based on their specific region.

As this is an additive change, ensure that you do not remove any of the current IPs you have set up for outbound ACLs. Contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support if you need additional assistance.
