The ArchiveOne Service Account is used by the ArchiveOne Service and ArchiveOne Admin console to connect to Microsoft Exchange. Note that this account must have a mailbox. During installation, the ArchiveOne service account and ArchiveOne users security group are created, however, under certain circumstances, you must manually create the service account.
ArchiveOne Service Account Requirements
The following table lists account requirements:
|Mail-Enabled NT User in the same domain as Microsoft Exchange||The default account created by the installation is called ArchiveOneAdmin.|

You must have Send As and Receive As rights as well as Administer Store on Mail and Public Folder Stores.
The ArchiveOneUsers group must have Full Access permissions on the service account's mailbox.

Full Control Share and NTFS security permissions on the Add-ins shared folder
|Located on the ArchiveOne server.|
|Full Control NTFS security permissions over the location where the ArchiveOne repositories are to be stored.|
