Opening your Barracuda Networks appliance or removing its warranty label unless instructed to do so by Barracuda Networks support will void your warranty and hardware support.

Barracuda Networks Appliance Safety Instructions

Always use the power supply shipped with the appliance. To prevent damage, connect the DC plug to the appliance before plugging the power adapter into the AC outlet.

LEDs and Acoustic Signals

Your appliance is equipped with a variety of LEDs and acoustic signals. Barracuda CloudGen Firewall F12 A has on the front side one power LED (blue), one disc LED (green), one status LED (green/red) and 5 port LEDs and on the back side one power button LED and various port LEDs. Two acoustic signals indicate status of installation. The tables below show the different meanings of the different glowing states and acoustic signals:
