Connecting and Disconnecting Devices

You must log in to your Barracuda Networks product web interface directly to connect or disconnect it to/from the Barracuda Control Server.

Connect a Device

To connect a product to the Barracuda Control Server, log into the web interface as the Barracuda Control Server Account Admin, and go to the BASIC > Connect Devices page. Follow the steps on this page to connect the product. For additional information, refer to Step 5: How to Connect Barracuda Networks Devices to the Barracuda Control Server.

Disconnect a Device

To disconnect a product from the Barracuda Control Server, log into your Barracuda Networks product web interface. Go to the ADVANCED > Cloud Control page, click No for Connect to Barracuda Cloud Control, and click Save. Go to the BASIC > Dashboard page of your product, and verify that the Cloud Control status displays as Not Connected. When you log into the Barracuda Control Server, the product no longer displays in the product tree.
