Due to security and legal reasons, Barracuda Networks cannot manually remove messages from Email Gateway Defense or Barracuda Email Encryption Service. Messages are automatically removed after 30 days to ensure any message containing sensitive and privileged information is purged and not stored permanently.
Email Gateway Defense messages can only be read by administrators for inbound and outbound mail and by the recipient for inbound mail. To ensure administrators and Barracuda Technical Support cannot read your messages, contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support to revoke administrator access to read emails.
