How do I log into my Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall if the unit was locked due to an incorrect IP range used for the Administrator IP/Range?

Scope: This solution applies to all Email Security Gateway, all firmware versions.
Answer: If the Barracuda has been mistakenly locked due to an incorrect IP range on the Basic > Administration page under the Administrator IP/Range heading, you will need to do the following to log back into web interface using the admin account:
Plug a monitor and keyboard into the Barracuda directly.
Reboot the Email Security Gateway.
Use the following credentials to login:
Login: ca Password: admin
This will allow the next user to log into the Email Security Gateway's web interface, from any IP, using the web interface login of admin/admin. Once logged in this way, you can adjust the Administrator IP/Range on the Basic > Administration page to something that will allow administrator login. After logging in with admin/admin from any IP address once, the IP restrictions and password will be restored.
