This solution applies to the Barracuda Email Security Service (ESS).
In some cases an individual user may have several emails within a domain and will want to receive only a single notification for the messages quarantined by the service for all of those user's email addresses. The Barracuda Email Security Service offers the functionality to condense notifications down to just a single account.
This setting will tell the Email Security Service to forward all quarantined messages for the desired email addresses to the present account, and can be manipulated on the following tab:
Settings > Linked Account > Link an Account
Once the account is linked, all future quarantined emails destined for the linked email will instead be sent to the current account and the notifications will be sent to this account.
