Creating an Incident

The first article in this section, Using the Barracuda Forensics & Incident Response Wizard, describes how to use the Barracuda Forensics & Incident Response wizard to create an incident. Other articles describe additional methods of creating incidents, especially through the Barracuda Email Security Service. Although the starting points might be different, you create an an incident using the wizard, described in the first article.

Note that after you remediate an email in any way, that email will only be visible from within the incident on the Incidents page. The email will no longer appear in searches, on the location map, or in user-reported emails.
