You are using an eToken with password authentication (the user must enter a password or PIN) and the window for the password request doesn't appear.
The entegra service is not allowed to interact with the desktop.
Activate the following checkbox:
1) Open "Control Panel" > "Administrative Tools" > "Services"
2) Rightclick on the service "Barracuda NG Network Access Client" and choose the option "Properties"
3) Click on the tab "Log On" and active the checkbox "Allow service to interact with desktop"
4) Do the same procedure with the service "Barracuda NG Health Agent"
