Solution #00005649
Scope:
This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL-VPN units, all firmware versions.
Answer:
The most common cause of this is that the OU of the group is included but the users are not, probably because they are in another OU.
The SSL VPN is able to use the Member Of attribute for Users and groups, but all of them must have been imported into the SSL VPN, and as such the users of the group must have their OUs included in the Active Directory configuration.
In order to achieve a state where only users from the group have access, a policy should be created which contains the group. This policy should then be assigned to all the Profiles and Authentication Schemes used. This will ensure that no other users from the Active Directory have the ability to log-in to the SSL VPN.
