Barracuda RMM 10 SP3 HF1 provides a fix for an issue for ConnectWise users. Due to ConnectWise changes, users are at risk of their ConnectWise integration breaking on May 24, 2017 if they don’t upgrade to Barracuda RMM 10 SP3 HF1.
This Hotfix includes an improved integration wizard, which provides an easier process for mapping Barracuda RMM sites to ConnectWise Companies.
