Integration with SentinelOne
Barracuda RMM 2023.1 provides integration with SentinelOne, providing powerful endpoint security for your Windows devices.
Users with SentinelOne can view and manage SentinelOne antivirus alerts through Barracuda RMM. You can also deploy SentinelOne to endpoint devices using Barracuda RMM.
For more information, see Managing SentinelOne in Barracuda RMM.
New Permissions for SentinelOne
There are new permissions in User Roles. These permissions are required to integrate SentinelOne and manage SentinelOne accounts, sites, and devices. For more information, see SentinelOne Site Management in Setting Permissions for a Role.
SentinelOne SQL Reports
Three new reports have been created for SentinelOne. These reports are:
SentinelOne Antivirus Summary – This site-level report includes agent deployment status, devices with agents disabled, and devices with threats detected for a single site. It also includes identifying information for each affected device.
Aggregate Site SentinelOne Antivirus Summary – This multi-site report includes agent deployment status, devices with agents disabled, and devices with threats detected for multiple sites. It also includes identifying information for each affected device.
Aggregate Site SentinelOne Antivirus Executive Summary – This multi-site report includes an overview of agent deployment status, devices with agents disabled, and devices with threats detected for multiple sites.
You can find these reports on the Reporting > Reports page, in the Security Assurance section, or for download from the Update Center.
Site Security Scan Missing Patch Report
You can now export a handy report that lets you know what patches are missing from your devices. This report lets you easily identify and resolve the missing patches that are keeping your Patch Security category scores low on the Site Security Scan.
The report provides all the information you need to identify missing patches:
- The patch category
- The affected product
- The name of the site where the patch is missing
- The name of the devices where the patch is missing
- The title of the patch
The report is in CSV format, for use in Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
Excluded Devices No Longer in Site Security Scans
Devices that have been excluded from sites are now excluded from scans.
HTTPS For Onsite Manager and Device Manager Downloads
Downloads of Onsite Manager and Device Manager now use HTTPS exclusively.
Emails sent from Barracuda RMM Include User Account
All emails sent from Barracuda RMM now include the user account of origin. If you have accounts with email addresses that are sent to the same inbox, this will help you identify which account is affected.
Site Maintenance Applied to Newly Deployed Devices Managed by Device Managers
If you add a Device Manager to a device while a site is in maintenance, that device will also be in maintenance.
SNMP and Performance Counter Tabular Monitor Changes Now Apply to Child Monitors
When you make changes to a parent SNMP or Performance Counter tabular monitor, these changes will now be applied to existing child monitors.
