To redeploy the Intronis Backup agent to devices where the deployment failed

You can deploy the Intronis Backup agent manually to devices with the following statuses:

  • Uninstalled
  • Deployment Failed
  • Deployment Failed (account mismatch)

If you select any device that doesn’t have one of the statuses listed above, the agent is not redeployed.

  1. In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Intronis Backup > Device Report.
  2. Select the checkboxes of devices that have Deployment Failed in the Deployment Status column.
  3. Click Redeploy Agent.
