A monitoring policy for third party software updates has been created for you. You can enable and use it like any other monitoring policy. For more information, see About Using Monitoring Policies.
To view the details of the Advanced Software Management monitoring policy
- In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Monitoring.
- Click the name of the Advanced Software Management monitoring policy.
- Click Modify.
- Edit the name and description, if desired.
- To assign a search tag to the monitoring policy, click in the Tags box. A list appears with pre-populated search tags. Click the name of the tag you want to associate with the monitoring policy.
- Click Save.
