To map Barracuda MSP products with ConnectWise products, perform the following steps.
At the ConnectWise Manage Integrations page, select Billing.
The Billing page is displayed.Select Billing Setup.
The Billing Setup page is displayed.Select Add Billing Mapping.
The billing mapping fields are displayed.From the Type pull-down menu, select the product/service type (for example, Email Protection).
From the Product /Service pull-down menu, select the Product /Service (for example, Sentinel Service).
From the Unique ID/Plan pull-down menus, select the Unique ID/Plan (for example, Sentinel Service).
From the Level pull-down menu, select Level (for example, Sent).
Note: The level must be the same level you used in Task: Creating Product Cross-references. The fields are case-sensitive.Click the Confirm button.
Repeat steps 4 & 5 for other products with their unique Levels.
