The Cloud Connector is a software package that you install on a Windows computer inside your firewall that lets you use your Active Directory accounts to authenticate users with Active Directory accounts for access to the administrator and user portals.
- Log in to the Idaptive user portal.
- To access Cloud Manager, click your user name in the top right corner, and then click Switch to Cloud Manager.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the left pane, click Cloud Connectors.
- Click Add Cloud Connector.
- Run through the guided steps to download Cloud Connector to your domain environment. Note that you must register the Cloud Connector by entering your admin user name and password.
Now that Cloud Connector is installed in your domain environment, you are ready to add the Barracuda RMM application to the Idaptive user portal.
