You can deploy the Intronis Backup agent manually to devices with the following statuses:
- Uninstalled
- Deployment Failed
- Deployment Failed (account mismatch)
If you select any device that doesn’t have one of the statuses listed above, the agent is not redeployed.
- In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Intronis Backup > Device Report.
- Select the checkboxes of devices that have Deployment Failed in the Deployment Status column.
- Click Redeploy Agent.
