In order to guarantee communications between the Backup Agent and Intronis's servers are not impeded you may need to add some specific IP addresses, ports, and services to the Allow list. You can find the list of recommended Allow list items here.

*Your specific Backup Agent may be configured to use a different port. To verify which port it is using, check the Remoting Port option in the Network Settings section of Preferences (in the Backup Monitor, not the management portal).
