This article describes how to enable policies in a region within Barracuda Cloud Security Guardian. For background on the various types of policies, refer to Understanding Security and Compliance Policies.
After you have created specific policies in Barracuda Cloud Security Guardian (see Creating Policies for Security and Compliance), you can bind them with one or more specific regions. Infrastructure within that region will then use that policy for its security and compliance.
These procedures described in this article are the same for any of the various types of policies.
To bind a security policy to a region:
- Navigate to Services > Security & Compliance.
- Click to select an AWS or Azure cloud account.
In the Security & Compliance screen, locate the Region you want to work with and click Edit.
In the Set Region Policy window, make sure that Security & Compliance Scan is Enabled.
Click in the Policy field and select one of the available choices, including the Default Policy and other Policies you already created.
Alternatively, click New Policy here and follow the steps described in Creating a New Policy above.
- Click Save Changes.
The Policy you chose displays for that region in the Security & Compliance table.
