Answer:
When you click deliver for mail in the quarantine log it delivers the mail and the message is removed from the quarantine view.
If you are not getting the mail it is usually because of a filter on your mail server or a service on your network catching the mail as spam.
Checking your local trash/spam folder will often find the mail.
If the mail cannot be delivered, this will be reflected as a notice in your browser window.
If you need to find the message again it will be in the ALL message filter
Select as message filter ALL
Using the advanced search fields locate the original message.
