This solution replies to:
- NG Network Access Client versions 2.0-SPx
- Entegra Client versions 1.0-SPx, 2.0-SPx


The Barracuda NG Network Access Client often falls back to the reconnecting mode while the connection to the "VPN service" is established.



The VPN client/server is unable to receive KeepAlive packages. Most common cause for this is that ISPs drop UDP packages or assign them a low transport priority.

Change the transport mode of the Barracuda NG Network Access Client tunnel to TCP (Modify profile / Advanced Settings / Tunnel Mode).
