This solution replies to:
- NG Network Access Client versions 2.0-SPx
- Entegra Client versions 1.0-SPx, 2.0-SPx


While trying to connect to the VPN Server the VPN client reports "dhcp waiting" or "receiving configuration".



The Barracuda NG Network Access Client obtains its configuration from the "VPN service". If the connection is slow or unreliable (some ISPs drop UDP packages or assign them a low transport priority), the Barracuda NG Network Access Client is not able to receive its configuration completely.


Request your ISP to improve the internet connection or / and change the transport mode of the Barracuda NG Network Access Client to TCP (Modify profile / Advanced Settings / Tunnel Mode).
