What does it mean?
The message is related to the state of the ARP Cache. It is recorded as soon as the ARP Cache empties itself due to a content overflow. The cache hence builds up a new.
The setting is located in "Config" > "Box" > "Advanced Configuration" > "System Settings" > "ARP Settings" > "ARP Cache Size". By default a maximum number of 1024 entries are assigned to the ARP Cache. To avoid frequent "Neighbour table overflow" notifications, this value shoul be increased.
