This solution replies to:
- NG Firewall firmware versions 4.2.x
- netfence firmware versions 4.2.x

Installing Barracuda NG Firewall with USB-Stick on a secudos nf-240 / nf-850 with SDR doesn't work. Although unattended installation is configured, the installation stops with following warning:

Unable to align partition properly. This probably means that another partitioning tool generated an incorrect partition table, because it didn't have the correct BIOS geometry. It is safe to ignore, but ignoring may cause (fixable) problems with some boot loaders.

The SDR has a special partition table on its Flash-Memory which is detected by phion's installer as wrong partition table.

If a machine has SDR installed, phion netfence can only be installed via SDR. Unattended installation with phion USB recovery is not possible. Please use the SDR intallation images (.sdr).
