Barracuda NextGen Firewall X

When using ISDN Channel Bonding, the second channel is not always established correctly

Solution #00005227
This solution replies to:
- NG Firewall firmware versions 4.2.x, 5.0.x, 5.2.x
- netfence firmware versions 4.2.x

The second channel of the ISDN is always establishing and releasing even if the line is on full load.

The dynmically calculation, of establishing the second channel on high load, is not working correct.

Insert the following value at the end of the /etc/isdn/ibod.cf file.

Enter this syntax on the command-line of the box:

  echo "STAYUP 1" >> /etc/isdn/ibod.cf

This value keeps the second ISDN channel always up, even if the line is not on full load.
