Scope:
This solution replies to:
- NG Network Access Client versions 2.0-SPx
- Entegra Client versions 1.0-SPx, 2.0-SPx

 
Symptoms:

An installation of Barracuda NG Network Access Client and Vodafone Mobile Connect results in a not working network environment on a Windows machines.


 
Solution:

Vodafone Mobile Connect installes per default a software-package called "Optimisation Software". This software causes a malfunction of the Windows IP stack.

 

Remove this part of the software by "Control Panel" > "Programs and Features" and reboot your machine.
