Symptoms:
When utilizing passwords containing special characters (including, but not limited to: !?$&%#*@) you may experience password denied or authentication failed errors, even though the passwords have been verified to be correct.
This includes all cases where passwords may be required, such as DynDNS, PPTP, or MSAD.
The exception to this are the Box root and service accounts, where no such restriction exists.

Solution:
Special characters can have different meanings in each of the NG Firewall OS's layers.
This results in certain incompatibilities between them that the APIs cannot translate.
Only use alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9), dots (.), and hyphens (-) in passwords.
