Answer:
if you are experiencing a "403 Unauthorized" pop-up when opening a support tunnel on the Barracuda Firewall, it does not mean that the unit is corrupted or that Barracuda Support servers are having issues; it is merely because the Admin page has timed out. Please sign into the Barracuda Firewall again and you should be able to establish a support without getting the "403 Unauthorized" message.
