Please be aware that our branding has changed and this service is now called Managed Security Awareness Training.
Improvements to the Managed PhishLine Service
March 2021
Recently, we have improved the content and delivery of the Managed PhishLine Security Awareness service. We have new training content that we are to deliver monthly for all your customers, we will be delivering a comprehensive internet security awareness training program geared to strengthening everyone who receives the training a better position against today’s online threats, making the world a safer place.
The training content will have relevance to all our daily lives in and around technology, be relevant and up to date. In addition, every two months we will also email deliver Test Phishing/Spam content to all your customers as an additional campaign, that will be carefully selected for current relevance in today’s world. We shall post on a monthly basis the content you can expect to be delivered on the Barracuda Campus Portal.
As always, the reports after each monthly campaign(s) will be delivered to your secure online folder, for onward rebrand* and delivery.
For all new customers that are onboarded, we have a carefully designed plan where the first four months of campaigns they receive will always include an introduction to Phishing and the threats in general. Below is the schedule for all new customers:
