Editing VoIP/SIP Provider Accounts

Navigate to Providers > SIP Providers and select the account to edit. In addition to the options listed in the preceding section, , you have the following options:

  • Rename – Rename the gateway
  • Delete – Delete the gateway account from the system
  • External Numbers – Add external numbers, i.e., direct inward dialing (DID) numbers, to this gateway account
  • Outbound Routing – Add outbound routes to this gateway
