This solution applies to all Aastra IP phones connecting to Barracuda Phone Systems.
In some cases, you may want to disable automatic provisioning, and manually configure your phones to obtain their configuration from the Barracuda Phone System. The best way to accomplish this is from the WebUI.
From the Phone, press the Options button and then navigate to Phone Status > IP&MAC Addresses.
Open a web browser, and navigate to the IP address shown for the phone. Click on Configuration Server, under Advanced in the left pane, then (in the center pane) set Download Protocol as HTTP. Enter the IP address of your server under HTTP Server and enter /provision/ under HTTP Path and click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page. Reboot the phone to complete setup.
