Why does my Barracuda Phone System return to the login screen after I enter my credentials?

Scope:

This solution applies to all Barracuda Phone Systems.

 

Answer:

This issue is caused when a cookie has been set with an invalid expiration time. As a security measure, the Barracuda Phone System will reject session cookies that do not have a valid time-stamp.


To resolve this issue, please check the System Time on your Computer to be certain that the Time, Date, and Local Time Zone are all Accurate.
