Scope:

This solution applies to all Barracuda Phone Systems Model 470 and above.

 

Answer:

The Barracuda Phone Systems model 470 and above support custom branding of supported phones.

Supported Phones:
Branding is supported on several model phones that are provisioned by the Barracuda Phone System. The current list of supported phones can be found at https://www.barracuda.com/products/phonesystem/matrix

Logo Format:
The logo provided must be an image in jpeg format and must be sized according to the display resolution of the phone.  Please consult manufacturer documentation for image sizes.  Barracuda Phone System Support may also have information for a variety of phones if you are unable to locate documentation online.  

Requesting Customization:
Customers requesting logo customization: please contact Barracuda Support and place a customization request.
