This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPNs.
The standard LAN1 Client configuration that is created in Network Connect will work to a certain degree with Mac clients, with the exception that DNS queries will fail.
To get a Mac working fully with Network Connect, first create a new client in Resources > Network Connect.
You will need to set both some up commands and some down commands, tailored to your own network. You will need to know the IP address of the DNS server and the DNS search suffix. In the below example, the DNS server is 192.168.1.10 and the search suffix is barracuda.com
mkdir -p /etc/resolver
echo "nameserver 192.168.1.10" > /etc/resolver/barracuda.com
rm -Rf /etc/resolver/barracuda.com
Please note that the Mac Network Connect cannot be launched from the SSL VPN GUI. It has to be launched from the standalone Network Connect program which can be installed by clicking the Download Mac Client button in Resources > Network Connect.
Once installed, launch the program from the finder which will then run with a gray network icon at the top right of the screen. Click this and select Preferences and enter the details for the SSL VPN server. For the Client Configuration field, enter the exact name of the Network Connect client that was created above.
To connect, simply click the icon and select connect. The icon should turn green when the connection is established.
