This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPNs.
This can be caused by the virus scanning that the BarracudaSSL VPN performs on all files that are uploaded to the unit through NetworkPlaces and Web Forwards. By default, the virus scanning is set to scan files upto a maximum file size of 100 MB. Any file larger than 100 MB will not be able topass through the SSL VPN. There are two methods to allow files greater than 100 MB in size:
- Increase the maximum file size for virus scanning. Contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support for assistance.
- Disable virus scanning on the SSL VPN. Log in to the SSL VPN as an administrative user and navigate to BASIC > Virus Checking on the Manage System interface. You can disable this under the Virus Scanning section. This will stop all virus scanning on the SSL VPN.
