Applies to Barracuda SSL VPN.
The “There was a problem with one or more entries, access not allowed at this time, please contact your administrator” error will only ever appear when a user that attempts to login to the Barracuda SSL VPN is not assigned to a policy which is has an authentication scheme assigned to it. To resolve this login as the ssladmin account and verify that the authentication schemes in use are assigned to at least one policy and then check the policies. You will likely find that the user has not been included in any of the policies. If you are unsure how to look for this please contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support.
If the error is occurring for the ssladmin then contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support as they will need to make a correction in the SSL VPN database directly.
