The solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPN.
The most common cause of this is that the Agent has been launched but is not actively running any tunnels. As a result, the Agent is inactive. If there is no other activity occurring on the SSL VPN then the Session Inactivity Timeout is counting down. The default for this setting is 15 minutes, so if the SSL VPN remains in this condition for 15 minutes the Session Inactivity Timeout will trigger a logoff action for the user in question.
