This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPN.
In order to allow Active Directory and LDAP passwords to be changed through the SSL VPN, Read/Write connectivity between the SSL VPN and the database server must be established.
When Read/Write access is configured, perform the following:
- As an administrative user go to Access Control > Accounts.
- Locate the Account that requires the password and open the More menu.
- Select Set Password.
- Set a password for the Account and confirm, select Save.
