How can an administrator change a user's Active Directory or LDAP password through the Barracuda SSL VPN?

This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPN.

In order to allow Active Directory and LDAP passwords to be changed through the SSL VPN, Read/Write connectivity between the SSL VPN and the database server must be established.
When Read/Write access is configured, perform the following:
  1. As an administrative user go to Access Control > Accounts.
  2. Locate the Account that requires the password and open the More menu.
  3. Select Set Password.
  4. Set a password for the Account and confirm, select Save.
The accounts password will now have been changed.
