Barracuda SSL VPN

What does it mean when the agent log from my Barracuda SSL VPN says that the user does not have access to any drives?

Solution #00005650

Scope:
This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPN units, all firmware versions.

Answer:
Occasionally when a user launches the SSL VPN Agent, the following line appears in the agent.log file:

"User 'user' does not have access to any drives so agent will not be installed."

This message is being presented by the Drive Mapping process that runs whenever the Agent launches and simply indicates that the user launching the Agent does not have access to any Mapped Drives (Network Places that have the Drive Letter option set).

This does not indicate a problem or error, unless the user is supposed to have access to some Mapped Drives.
