Solution #00005750

Scope:

This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPN units.

Answer:

When logging into standalone network connector and if you have multiple user databases, you must insert the user database as a prefix;

Example:
When logging in , in the authorization user box:

If you have a user named user, and databases named database1, and database2, the usernames would be:

database1/user
database2/user

So 'database1/user' would be the entire username. The password for each of these, being the same user, would also be the same.
