This solution applies to the Barracuda SSL VPN Network Connector installer package for Windows Vista/7.

The network connector installer for Windows will trigger a UAC (User Account Control) prompt. In order to prevent this, you can do one of the following:
  1. Run the installation package as administrator, by right-clicking the executable and clicking 'Run as Administrator'.
    • OR
  2. Disable UAC during the installation of the network connectors. This can be done in the User Accounts section of the Windows Control Panel.
