Why aren't my users appearing on the Accounts/Groups page after I added a new user database on my Barracuda SSL VPN?

Scope:
This solution applies to the Barracuda SSL VPN, all firmware versions.

Answer:
You may find that users are not appearing on the Accounts/Groups page after adding a new user database to the SSL VPN.

After creating a new user database, in order to properly view the users within it, you must first select the database you would like to view your users under. The Realm Selector is located top right side of the SSL VPN window.

Once you have the proper user database selected, you will see the users under Access Control Accounts or Groups.
