Solution #00005833

Scope:

This solution applies to the Barracuda SSL VPN.

Answer:

When multiple user databases exist on the Barracuda SSL VPN, you may find that users have trouble connecting when connecting with Network Connector, IPSEC, or PPTP.

When using these connection schemes, when a user is prompted for the username, you must format them like the following examples:
  • database/username
So if two databases exist, database1 and database2, the username field would look like:
  • database1/jdoe
  • database2/msmith
