Barracuda SSL VPN

I cannot connect using ActiveSync on my Barracuda SSL VPN.

Scope:

This solution applies to all Barracuda SSL VPNs, all firmware versions.
 

Answer:
So the ActiveSync feature has been set up on your SSL VPN by setting the options in the Resources>Configuration page,  but even though the settings are correct, you may not be able to connect any devices using ActiveSync..what could be wrong?

Currently, ActiveSync will only work against the User Database that has been set to be the Default User Database. You may find you have this situation if more than one User Database has been configured on the SSL VPN.

To select a User Database as the Default selection:
  1. Navigate to Access Control>User Databases.
  2. For the User Database that you wish to have users to be able to connect to via ActiveSync, click the More.. button and then select Set Default.
