Solution #00005855

Scope:

This solution applies to the Barracuda Web Security Agent when being used with the Mac OS X operating system.

Answer:

  1. Navigate to System Preferences > Barracuda WSA
  2. Use the popup menu to set the logging level to Network Errors, Policy Decisions and click Apply.
  3. The log file will be stored at /Library/Logs/BarracudaWSA.log

Additional Notes:
There is an additional verbose logging level that's normally hidden; Hold down the Option (alt) key while clicking on the popup menu, and there will be an "Everything" option.
