Upon completion of setup
Reboot PC to allow a normal sync to happen and software to initialize and load properly to function.
Also for Flex users, In the portal login you must go to the Remote filtering tab > and select Web Security Agent page and select ACTIVATE Option on page to allow users to be seen on this page and then be filtered. Also verify you are not seeing an IPv6 address for user and Please do not use the same username logons for multiple machines as the new logon overrides the last logon seen in Flex, also the name will reference all IPs using the same username traffic seen in the web filter unless specifying an IP report per machine.
Installation can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Web Security Agent\
WSA Configuration.exe for modifying settings locally.
Testing of Local changes in configuration will be reset upon 3 condition.
1. Portal or Web filter UI is not updated to desired settings and a Sync manually is performed via Configuration tools menu option to Sync or WSA Icon is visible in systray and option to sync is showing and clicked.
2. User Logs off and back on to sync
3. User reboots machine to re-sync
