Logging in to Barracuda RMM through Microsoft Entra provides users with additional security and allows them to access all their applications in the same location.
To set up Microsoft Entra access for your users, you follow the steps below:

Gathering your information
To perform the setup, you need the RMM redirect URL. You can find this link on the Configuration > System Settings page.
- In Service Center, click Configuration > System Settings.
Click the Authentication tab.
- Copy the redirect URL.
Setting up Microsoft Entra
At the end of this procedure, you will need the following information to use in the next procedure:
- The SAML Certificate (Base64)
- The Login URL
- The Microsoft Entra ID Identifier
- The Tenant ID
- Log in to your Microsoft Entra Console with an account that has at Cloud Application Administrator rights or higher.
- Click Enterprise Applications.
- Click the New Application button.
- Click Create Your Own Application.
- In the right pane, do the following:
- Type the name of the application. If your company has more than one VAR, name the application something VAR-specific.
- Select the Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery) check box.
- Click Single Sign On in the left menu.
- Select SAML.
- In the Basic SAML Configuration section, click Edit, then do the following:
- In the Identifier (Entity ID) section, click the Add identifier link. Paste the redirect URL.
- In the Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) section, click the Add identifier link. Paste the redirect URL.
- In the SAML Certificates section, next to Certificate (Base64), click the Download link.
- In the Set up Barracuda RMM section, copy the following:
- Login URL
- Microsoft Entra ID Identifier
- In the left navigation menu, click Overview.
- Copy the Tenant ID.
Setting up Barracuda RMM
- In Barracuda RMM, click Configuration > System Settings.
- Click the Authentication tab.
- In the Microsoft Entra Settings section, click Modify.
- Select the Enabled check box.
- Do the following:
- Upload the SAML Certificate (Base64).
- Paste the following:
- The Login URL
- The Microsoft Entra ID Identifier
- The Tenant ID
- Click Save.
