The roles and permissions are defined in the following table. See Adding Aggregator Roles and Access for more information.

Role

Permissions

Admin

  • Access to all features.

  • Full privileges to MSP App.

  • Assign Barracuda Product and Services.

Tech

  • Read-only permission except for Roles and Access, and Billing tabs.

  • Can edit User Billing List.

  • Cannot add/assign accounts.

  • Cannot assign/activate Barracuda Services.

Tech (cannot delete)

Same as Tech role.

Finance

  • Access only to Billing tab.

  • Can view products and accounts.

  • Cannot assign/activate Barracuda Services.
